Oh my goodness does that not look absolutely delectable
I am somewhat daunted by the craft of good French bread-making, mostly because of my location. The temperature, humidity, and altitude is not exactly perfect for the process.
There are also several things I need to get, I believe, one being a marble slab, and of course some baking tiles (I really really should have those by now, judging by the amount of baking I do ).
I suppose I am more comfortable with patisserie than boulangerie, at this point.
I have also read that spraying the walls of the oven helps with the steaming process too, for excellent crust.
Anyway thank you for the links, they are very insightful.
